Yes, it is okay for a 12 or 13-year-old maybe even 11 years old to get acrylic nails. However, it is not suggested to be medium-length or long length. Nail salons typically allow 11-15-year-old children to get them so long as they are somewhat short, and mom, dad, and guardian agree.
